1. About Massage
The benefits of massage have long been recognised, with records dating back to 3000BC. Historic figures such as Julius Caeser, Hippocrates and the Roman Gladiators are known to have used massage. Indian Ayurvedic Medicine speaks highly of massage for maintaining bodily health.
Holistic massage considers the whole body and is based on Swedish massage which was developed from the traditional forms of massage that have been practiced for many centuries.
It can be done in such a way that the recipient feels invigorated or relaxed and is suitable for almost everybody.
